Trevor, Trevor, Trevor~

i'm so going crazy over my professor. and he's none other than Trevor.. hahahaha! i am so crazy such that i went to NTU website to search about him and i saw his profile! hehe. just that, minus age and b'day and status.. hoho!

ne, coz of him, i really really work hard for my HR Research Methods. yes! so i hope i won't lose momentum and slack.. just a few more weeks. im already half way thru the semester. soo! insya-Allah.. i seriously need good grades badly.. haizz!

and i tell you, i simply love this Tue's class laa! all coz he called me twice in class! hehe. and he asked me to answer questions. and i answered wrongly! cry! then he "interrogated" me. "OK, you answer this question 1st.. " AWW~ i was melting, and at the same time damn kanjiong coz i donno, super donno what's the answer! and yes! it was quite warm in the seminar room. and i was in looong sleeve. so yes, i was sweating.. hahahaha! madness! hehe.. then after discussion, he asked me, "so Indah, do you understand now?" KYAAA~

ne, it's not easy to spot a young and kakoii prof lorr.. hahaah! bad point, HE's MARRIED! CRYY! and i heard that he has a baby.. gosh! how i envy his wife. and, it's not only me who is smittened, but others too!!! CRYY! FAINT!

how i wish he was the one who taught me OB when i was year 1. if it was him, i would've enjoyed OB so so much more, and even ace it. at least a B+, rather than a B. hahha! okok! siao liao! i better stop here! if not, i can go on and on and on.

Biography:
Yu Kang Yang, Trevor is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior in the Division of Strategy, Management & Organization at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University.

Professor Yu received his Ph.D from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), specializing in Organizational Behavior. His primary research interests include studying the phenomenon of fitting individuals with their jobs and organizations, investigating the role of organizational and image in the competition for talent, and understanding of work values generate team effectiveness. He has published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, as well as written a chapter for the recent book entitled "Perspectives on Organizational Fit". Professor Yu has also presented his research at international management conferences such as the Academy of Management Conference and the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Professor Yu currently teaches a course in organizational behavior and design. He has also consulted with several US-based companies on issues of work-place climate, work team effectiveness, and organizational image and culture.

Prior to his academic career, Professor Yu was an analyst with an international management consulting firm. He has consulting experiences in business process consulting and organizational change management.
